Hi Damien,
Children are allowed to start at 5 years old, which is good for you and your enthusiastic child.
Look forward to seeing you.

Hi Clare,
The time table has been set, but if a need for later classes arises then we will relook at it.
We off private and group classes that could be tailored to suit.
Kind Regards

Hi,
Just wanted to ask if Ian will be taking any of the Thai boxing classes?
I first started Thai boxing with ian many years ago in a dance studio of a gym in Runcorn, the classes were great there and ian was a fantastic instructor, would be great to get back into it again!
Many thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
We only have Kettle Bells and because of insurance and your age you would not be allowed to use these.
You would need to attend the child MMA / Boxing classes which are on every night between 1700 and 1800 (Boxing Tuesday and Thursday). The disciplines taught in the MMA classes are:
– MMA
– Thai Boxing
– BJJ
– Judo
– Wrestling
You will be able to attend adult classes when you reach 16 years of age.
Hope this helps
